This is it..The OFFICIAL reasons why Izzle was demoted.
If anyone chooses to contest this, come to me. Before you 
read this put yourself in the leader position and think 
about how you would view these actions. We have, and always 
did have a three strike policy.
 these are as we precieved his actions

1. Mistreatment of other clans. (yes it is true that I have 
personal involvement in this, but under no circumstances did 
that effect the judgement) he intentionally made fun of other
 clans...We had heard about this from countless other clans. 
The fact that one of those times was my r/l wife made it the 
last straw..not the only straw. (It all started when I wasn't 
in JA...he treated me that same way.This is why we believed it. 
I almost didnt join JA because of how Izzle treated me.)

2. Mistreatment of (JA) clan members...more than once had we heard 
statements that Izzle had made fun of, or downright insulted other 
JA's. Not to say that these members are more important than Izzle...
but we have a "respect your fellow man" policy.

3. The tourney with WoV. Apparantly Izzle joined the team against 
JA. The reason was because they didnt have friendly saber on.(which 
means that the same team can kill thier own players). But this fact 
was not brought to Sysops attention. so it appeared to Sysop that he 
defected to the WoV's side.

With all of this said...I would also like to point out that our fellow 
JA members needed to realize that when it comes to training, and or 
fighting of basically any kind, by anyone..Izzle had DIRECT control...
so when he says attack "namelessguy1" you should have simply said 
"YES SIR" and did it. When he says things like "Fight by my side" 
you just do it. when he says you are demoted because you didnt fight 
beside me..that should stand. and if the following statement is correct 
and that person did say no...I will be terribly upset about it. 
In all fairness to Izzle, and his new Cript or whatever we didnt 
discuss it very well, and we may have counted a strike that may 
have not taken place..but these #'s are what he did..not how many 
times he did it. hence the demotion.
